Giving Public Comment

On January 29th, the FHS Building Committee voted unanimously to recommend building a new school with TSKP Studio as architect.

The Town Council then accepted that recommendation in a unanimous vote on Tuesday, February 4th and also set the net municipal cost range at $105 million to $110 million.

Moving into the Schematic Design Phase of the project, the FHS Building Committee seeks input from the community as the details of the design are developed and finalized.

Your comments can be short or include more detail – whatever you prefer. In general, you should start with your name and address and move on to your specific points. It is OK to repeat what someone else said. In fact, repetition is valuable, as it helps the committee see the areas of greatest concern to the community.

If you prefer not to speak in person, or if you cannot attend meetings of the FHS Building Committee, you can also submit public comment online at the Building Committee website.

We encourage you to keep your comments accurate and civil. We can all work together to find a comprehensive solution to the issues at FHS.
